Hi! I’m Deanna Bailey. I’m passionate about helping folks in rural and small-town Alberta with their real estate needs.

When you work with me, you work with someone who travels to L.A. and finds herself driving around happily looking at real estate rather than in the boutique shops or hot tourist spots!  I guess you could say this career was in the cards for me.

I love making a positive impact on my client’s lives and feel blessed to have found my true calling.  I have had the joy of helping many people buy and sell their properties, and they have expressed their appreciation for their experience with me, some even calling the process relaxing!  They often thank me for my support and guidance, and it makes my role a rewarding one.

I live in rural Alberta with my family of boys and many animals! I'm an active member of our community serving as the the coordinator for our school’s breakfast program, a board member for our local library, food-bank volunteer and the VP for the Linden Care and Share Society. In 2017 I received a nomination for the Community Impact award for the Calgary Real Estate Board ROAR awards and in 2021/2022 I was awarded the eXp Realty Sapphire Chairman's Excellence award and continue to strive for excellence in all I do personally and professionally. 

During my downtime from selling homes you will often find me camping with family, horseback riding, or participating in other outdoor activities. Having lived in rural communities for most of my life, I can appreciate my client’s unique needs when looking at or selling rural Alberta property, be it an acreage, farm or small-town residential real estate.
